Traffic Survival School & Defensive Driving Training

Learn the skills, traffic laws, and defensive driving techniques needed to stay safe, avoid violations, and drive with confidence.

Traffic Survival School (TSS) is mandated by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), Department of Motor Vehicles (MVD) and/or by the court. You must attend this class and pay the fines for the traffic violation received.

TSS will be required if:

  • You accumulate 8 or more points on your driving record in a one year period.

  • You are found guilty of a DUI or Aggressive Driving violation.

  • You are found responsible for your first moving violation under the age of 18.

  • You are found responsible for a red light running violation.

  • For any violation causing death or serious physical injury to any person.

  • If you received a citation outside the state and that state requires you to take a TSS class.

  • If a Judge has given you an order to attend a Traffic Survival (TSS) course. (Not a Defensive Driving course)
